Over this weekend immersive, we will:
- gain experiential understanding of the Sāṅkhya-Yoga model of existence to help unlock the practical treasures of the Yoga Sūtra and Bhagavad Gītā.
- Deepen understanding of how yoga principles can help harmonise the whole of our diverse human experience.
- Experience how the core teachings from the Yoga Sūtra and Bhagavad Gītā work together, and how you we work with them in all aspects of daily life and all types of yoga practice technique.
- See how the yoga śāstra is user’s guide to a human incarnation and a masterclass in the art of living and dying.
- This weekend is open to all Even if you are not taking the education program, do not miss this opportunity to become intimately acquainted with the foundation principles of yoga so you can understand them through to the core of your being: in your body, your mind, through your emotional, sensory, kinesthetic and relational intelligences.

Saturday
* 7:30-9:00 (Mysore class not included in the Module)
9:30 – 12:00 ( 2h30 Class)
12:00 – 13:00 Lunch break
13:00 – 16:15 (Class) with a 15 min Toilet break.
Sunday
* 8-9:30 (Led Primary not included in the Module)
10:00 – 12:30 (2h30 Class)
13:30 – 16:00 (2h30 Class)
During these sessions we will study in a yogic way, recruiting pragmatic, active, theoretic and reflective learning styles and working with multiple learning intelligences to facilitate deeper assimilation and real life understanding. Come ready for an interactive learning process working with movement, sound, and a range of interactive learning activities
