At the age of 20, I left for Latin America and my life was guided by parties, sun, beaches and the exploration of nature.

Back in my home country, France, after years of travel, I felt out of step. I decided to leave everything behind, to buy and equip a van to take the road again. It was in Spain that yoga began to invite itself into my life.

During my travels, my personal yoga practice was confirmed. In Italy, I trained in Power Yoga Vinyasa, of which I am certified.

A decisive encounter occurred when I arrived in Switzerland, Ashtanga yoga. I started and deepened this practice with Delara Tiv who always accompanies me in my personal practice and allows me to evolve in my own transmission of yoga.

Today, I measure the path I have taken. Yoga brings me a healthy and balanced lifestyle. It is with pleasure that I find my mat and the yogi community every morning at 6am, which would have seemed unthinkable a few years ago!

Practiced regularly, yoga allows you to step back from your emotions, to let go and to be fully present on your mat. It helps to become aware of one’s body, to release tension, to develop strength and flexibility.

The concentration and flexibility that yoga brings to me is also an asset in my climbing practice.

My goal is to help students forget their preconceived ideas about yoga, to accompany them through the asanas and their inner journey.
