Meet Elisa

Born in Italy in a small village in Piedmont, she has lived since her childhood the contact with nature and landscape as a source of artistic inspiration and peace.

After graduating from the Academy of Fine Arts of Turin, in 2004 she left Italy to specialize in the Restoration of Paper and Ancient Books at the Superior School of Restoration and the Central Institute of Restoration of Madrid.

The encounter with Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga took place in Madrid in 2008, and immediately proved to be a powerful tool for personal growth and renewal. Slowly but steadily, the practice of Yoga takes more and more place in the daily life, bringing important changes and accompanying her motherhood.

In 2014 the birth of her second daughter gave her the impetus to undertake a Teacher Training of Ashtanga Yoga in Bologna with Giuliano Vecchiè.

Elisa has completed a 200h Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training at the Ashtanga Yoga Paris Academy, under the direction of Gérald Disse and Linda Munro. She has completed the Intermediate Series with Delara Tiv and is currently practicing the Advance A  under her guidance.
